Yoga & Mindfulness

Yoga and mindfulness build the groundwork for a healthy lifestyle and are essential for fast-growing bodies. We will explore the practice of yoga through cooperative games, stories, postures, mindfulness activities, and relaxation. You will also be introduced to multiple practices and learn tools to become more mindful in your everyday life.
