Garden-to-table Culinary Fun

Chefs in Training! Learn where food comes from and why cooking and eating fresh is best for a healthy body! Each session you will prepare and eat a new recipe, and take home these skills to share with your family. Whole wheat pizza, quesadillas and apple crisp are just some of the foods you’ll learn to make. You will learn to cook with fresh natural foods and learn about nutrition through games and hands-on activities. (Lessons are designed to meet the needs of all children and their families and mixed ages will be encouraged to work together.)
